I would maybe recommend to remove some stuff what is left in the furniture but we didn't need to put our things there, so not a big deal.
Nice furniture and good bathroom. Friendly staff. Good laundry service. And also liked a location, not noisy and some good cafés and stalls in the surrounding.
Helpful staff, clean rooms, amazing garden and terrace and living spaces. Great location
1. Motobike we rent is abit old and key is stuck. 2. The owner should change towel for guest daily. 3. No pure water in the room, glass is drirty. 4. The window in the bathroom should be cover ( we use plastic bag to cover it during our stay)
Good location, good environment, comfortable, big room, satisfy when check in.
The dorm very hot.
Warm welcome even though we arrived late. Staff very helpful and nice.
There wasn't any atmosphere, there was a long wait for the bathroom and it was unclear if breakfast was included as it said it was in brochure and on the door of bedroom but when we asked the staff for breakfast she just gave us a roll to share.
It was a nice building and comfortable

Bring earplugs, insect repellant & cleaning product!!
SUPER noisy during the day as next to an enormous kids school; bathrooms clearly had not had a decent clean for some time; lack of privacy & personal space as staff barged into the dorm room willy-nilly. Mosquitos at night & no nets. Be clear that this place does not operate like a hostel, but it is more like staying in someones home where you are not sure that you're welcome. Also operates as a language school, so there is noise from the students in the evenings too.
Some nice spaces to lounge around in including a rooftop terrace. Wendy on reception spoke good English & was friendly & really helpful.
Noise from adjacent school very loud and constant, starting at 7am. Property was used as an after school care, meaning all common areas were filled with small children from when school finished until 7:30pm. Photo's on the booking page are highly misrepresentative of the property. Roof-top patio was run down and filled with laundry. All common areas were dark during the day with no lights in the property turned on. They were also filled with children's toys and school equipment. The room although large, was not clean. The bathroom in particular had dirty towels and a dirty toothbrush in it. The shower drain was filled with hair. The toilet leaked and and was very dirty around the base. Lastly we did not have hot water and on the day we checked out had to have a cold shower.
The size of the room was reasonably large. Wifi was adequate.
Supposedly there is sometimes a school for kids run in the hostel. We only stayed 1 night, so never saw this. But I can imagine that it can get quite noisy during the morning or day. Still a great pleasure to be there!
Very Spacious and clean private room. Excellent value for what you pay. Owners and staff so nice and friendly. Loved the option of having a family style dinner, delicious food cooked by the family that lives there.
Meraki is a family run hostel, which felt very welcoming. They treated me with kindness everyday. The building itself was very well built, which made the stay very luxury. It's tough to beat the price for the quality of hostel you get to stay in. Also, the location of Meraki is fantastic. It's in a neighborhood with an abundance of good food and coffee. Highly recommend this place.
Location was a little further away from the city centre, but not too bad.
Great rooms in a quiet location with good bathrooms.
They say Vietnam is a friendly place Meraki Villa Hostel may be the friendliest place of them all.
The wifi in my room could have been better and the tv didn't work, but I wasn't there to watch tv and weak wifi was a problem everywhere I stayed.
The staff was excellent very friendly, although there was the inevitable language barrier. The volunteersNicky and Dan were very helpful as well. The owners were superb. I was invited to dinner on more than one occasion. All in all, I intended to stay for three days wound up staying for six.
The perfect place to stay in Da Nang the location is perfect. And the villa is so beautiful and comfortable. The owners are so nice and will help you for any questions. Also you can rent a motobike or/and book a bus for a good price . Thank you again to the meraki family
I had a wonderful stay at Meraki. Everything was great!
Wonderful staff, very clean & nice, comfy beds.
Good for overnight if arriving by train late
There is a school next door so it is noisy from early morning. A sign in the room said they served breakfast, but in the morning this was not the case. I'd stayed in bed later because I planned to eat there, so did not have time to find a restaurant before my pick-up. Also, they did not have change when I checked out (I only needed 40,000 dong back), so I had to go out and buy something and bring back exact change.
I took the train and it is very close to the station. I didn't arrive until 11pm, so I had informed them of my late arrival and they were there to greet me despite appearances that I was the only guest.
